Story As Medicine: Loose Threads Find Their Weave
Story As Medicine: Loose Threads Find Their Weave
We live inside stories — those we've inherited, those we're still discovering, those waiting to be held, and those ready to be told. Beneath them, a hidden wholeness underlies all things.
What is it? An English-speaking guided circle where we meet and greet our own stories as medicine — to uncover our individual threads and find our place in a collective tapestry.
Who is it for? If you sense there's a story in you that needs witness, breath, or belonging — this gathering is for you.
What will we do? We write into what we carry. We share with intention. We witness without fixing. And together, we weave a mandala that holds more than any one of us could alone. Loose threads, when witnessed, find their weave.
In this 4-hour guided circle, we will:
Presence what we carry through a group altar
Enter embodied writing practice
Witness each other's stories through mirrored dialogue
Weave a collective Story Mandala across five healing portals
Speak into what wants to move differently in our lives
What to bring: A meaningful artefact (object) that represents you and what you carry in this season, pen & notebook, and an open heart ready to receive
Time & Presence:
Arrive 10 minutes early.
Commit 4 hours of full presence.
Leave some room. Let it Land.
We’ll hold the middle.
Limited seats (13 max) to preserve depth and intimacy.
This is a free-to-register workshop. Donations are warmly welcomed after the session.
