We begin with a gentle walk through the farm crops, reconnecting with the land and your own rhythm. Then we gather in the kitchen for a hands-on ancestral cooking class, learning traditional techniques and the principles behind real nourishment.
We cook over fire. We prepare food from scratch. And we sit together to share the meal we created.

Un sábado para bajar el ritmo y volver a lo esencial.
Comenzamos con una caminata suave entre los cultivos de la finca, reconectando con la tierra y con tu propio ritmo. Luego nos reunimos en la cocina para una clase práctica de cocina ancestral, aprendiendo técnicas tradicionales y los principios detrás de una nutrición real.
Cocinamos al fuego. Preparamos todo desde cero. Y compartimos juntos el almuerzo que creamos.
