​The Experience

​Six years ago, DrinkPAK did not exist. Today, it is one of the largest canned beverage manufacturers in North America, operating at enormous scale and continuing to expand across the country.

​Students will tour DrinkPAK’s Santa Clarita facility and see high-speed manufacturing firsthand, then sit down with members of the company’s leadership team for a conversation about leading at speed.

​How do you move quickly without becoming careless? How do you make decisions before you have perfect information? How do you build people and systems fast enough to keep up with growth? And how do you know which things can be accelerated, and which things should never be rushed?

​

​The conversation will focus on what it takes to lead through rapid growth while maintaining excellence, developing people, and continually identifying the next constraint holding an organization back.
