As we turn 3 this March, we've been able to see how various women in VC have journeyed through the years, some having moved roles, moved up, or even started their own ventures.
And so many of these friendships have stood through all these seasons!
This year, we want to champion connecting authentically beyond just work talk.
Leave the "What's your investment thesis?" convo starters at the door. Instead, ask: What’s the most unexpected twist in your career? What lights you up outside of work? A lesson you learned the hard way?
Tip: If you're shy, flip the script and ask about their fund’s wildest bet or the founder who surprised them most.
And OK fine... if you must, what is their personal investment thesis?
As always, this isn't your typical corporate gig – it's a gathering of amazing VCs supporting one another through intentional conversation. Whether you're male or female, in VC or thinking about moving in or out of VC, we'd love to have you!
