Step inside Dual for an hour of yoga led by Kru Poy from @bangkokyogadiary, with an ambient DJ set accompanying the practice. Move, stretch and slow down surrounded by music and light.

11:15 – Yoga with Kru Poy and an ambient DJ set
12:15 – Cooldown and time to settle
12:30 – Walk together to Yoonique House for lunch

Our afternoon brings yoga and connection together. After the session, we’ll walk as a group to Yoonique House, about 10 minutes away, for lunch and conversation.

We’re a Bangkok community bringing people together through movement and shared experiences. From our free Sunday runs to yoga and coffee parties, we create space to get active, meet people and spend time together.
