Chosen Family Flow: Meditation, Journaling and Playful Yoga (West Village)
βπ§ββοΈ NY YOGA CLUB β Chosen Family Flow: Meditation, Journaling and Playful Yoga
βFor a lot of us, the holiday season rarely looks like a Hallmark card. Instead of joy and rest, we feel anxious, overwhelmed, and distanced from ourselves and others.
βWhat if surviving Thanksgiving wasn't about gritting through another dinner, but building community and finding your people?
βThrough guided breathwork and meditation, channeled journaling, and playful intuitive yoga, we'll practice connecting with ourselves and one another: distinguishing authentic connection from what fear, habit, and other people's expectations tell us.

We're a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
βEnjoy a stunning view of the West Village as you move and breath through an accessible, candlelit yoga practice.
