Take Control: How to Soothe Trauma Responses in Daily Life with Nicholas Hebert, LCSW
Do you feel stuck in the same emotional patterns, even when you want otherwise? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.
This workshop is for anyone living with the lingering effects of trauma while trying to show up for work, relationships, and daily life.
With guidance from a licensed therapist, you will:
Practice new strategies to ground yourself and build more steadiness in the day to day.
Hear from others about the coping skills they use, and how they overcome any roadblocks that arise.
Reflect on the latest science and discuss what it means for your life.
This workshop is 90 minutes long, with cameras on.
