About Event
In celebration of All Aboard Transit Day, VTA is saying thank you to riders by offering FREE bus and light rail service Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026. Whether you’re a seasoned transit rider or experiencing public transportation for the first time, we hope you’ll hop aboard—it's on the house!
In addition, VTA Marketing staff will be moving throughout the system handing out exclusive Transit Month stickers to riders (9 a.m. until supplies last).
