Claiming Your Authority Through Grief

A live grief-navigation experience to feel grounded in what was, what is, and what comes next, and decide what is truly yours to carry forward.

Free Live Experience via Zoom
October 6, 2026 | 12 PM CT

You may be functioning. But functioning was never the goal. Living fully is.

Your calendar may be filled with meetings, deadlines, medical appointments, family obligations, care coordination, and commitments to the people who depend on you.

Decisions still need to be made. Problems still need to be solved. Responsibilities did not pause when your life changed.

People see what gets done. They may not see the amount of effort it requires—or how little room remains for you to understand the full impact of what happened.

A death, diagnosis, divorce, caregiving role, career change, relocation, family disruption, or loss of a former way of living may have changed the conditions of your life. More than one change may have occurred at once or accumulated across different stages of your life.

Some experiences may still feel close. Others may have happened years ago but continue to influence your capacity, relationships, responsibilities, boundaries, traditions, or decisions.

You may have already done meaningful personal work, restored parts of your life, and developed considerable confidence in navigating what you have experienced.

But no two life-altering changes reach you under identical experiences. A current or deeper transition may affect a different part of you, bring an unrecognized need to the surface, or require a form of support you did not need before.

Grief is not what created the disruption.

The life-altering experiences changed the realities.

Grief can help you recognize what has been affected, where pain and opportunities still needs to be acknowledged, what support would serve you now, and how you want to navigate the life in front of you.

Rosalind Price is a certified grief coach and change and transition strategist with a Master of Science in Organizational Development and professional certification in change management. She is the CEO of R. Richard Price Consulting, and her work is grounded in Mind The Transitions®, the framework she designed to help people navigate their journeys through grief, loss, and life-changing transitions—by their own definition and design. She brings more than 25 years of experience consulting and coaching executives, leaders, and professionals.

During this free live experience, Rosalind will guide you through one focused application of Mind The Transitions®. You will examine one area of your current journey, recognize what your experiences are revealing about what you need now, and make one grounded decision about what can be lifted and what is truly yours to carry forward—without adding another demand or stretching beyond your current capacity.

As the holiday season approaches, traditions, relationships, responsibilities, and expectations may bring certain changes into sharper focus. You may apply the experience to the holidays, but this is not a holiday-specific live experience. Your focus may involve work, health, relationships, capacity, boundaries, support, or another area of your life.

What You Will Walk Away With

By the end of this live experience, you will have:

  • One grounded decision or adjustment you can carry into your life—so you leave with meaningful movement already underway, not another insight or assignment waiting for your attention

  • A clearer understanding of what your current realities are revealing—so your ability to function is not mistaken for proof that nothing still requires care, support, or consideration

  • Language for how the combined effects of grief, loss, and life-changing transitions may be influencing your life now—making it easier to understand and communicate changes in your capacity, relationships, responsibilities, boundaries, or decisions

  • A distinction between the weight that can be lifted and what is truly yours to carry forward—so you can preserve your capacity without abandoning the people, memories, responsibilities, or experiences that still matter

  • Greater clarity about the support, restoration, or realignment that would serve you now—so your next decision reflects your present needs rather than expectations formed under different experiences

  • A practical way to apply Mind The Transitions® to a real area of your life—giving you an approach you can return to as your circumstances, needs, and transitions continue to evolve

You will not leave with information alone. You will leave having taken a meaningful step.

Who This Experience Is For

When your life changed, you did what needed to be done.

You made arrangements, answered questions, met deadlines, cared for people, and handled responsibilities that could not be postponed. You found a way to keep life moving even when your own pain, needs, or changing capacity required more room than you had available.

You may have absorbed much of the impact privately while continuing to meet the expectations around you. You may have postponed your own care, minimized early signals, or continued operating according to standards established before your realities changed.

The cost may not look dramatic from the outside. You may notice it in the effort required to maintain your pace, support that no longer feels sufficient, boundaries that need to be reconsidered, or the growing recognition that functioning is consuming more of your life than it should.

You may also have done meaningful personal work already. You may have restored parts of your life, gained perspective, and developed confidence in navigating what you have experienced.

This experience is for you when you are ready to look closely at your own experiences, needs, and journey forward without being told what grief is supposed to look like—or how quickly you should move through it.

Pain, gratitude, joy, relief, restoration, expansion, and renewed possibility can coexist. You do not have to prove the significance of your loss or transitions through visible suffering.

Who This Experience Is Not For

This experience is not intended to serve as:

  • Therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, trauma treatment, or a substitute for clinical mental-health support

  • A support group centered on venting, diagnosing, assessing, or advising other participants

  • A passive inspirational session for someone who does not want to reflect on or engage with their own experience

The space will honor individual stories and pain without requiring anyone to perform grief in a particular way. Each attendee will remain focused on their own experiences, needs, authority, and journey forward.

What Comes Next Is Still Yours

Claiming your authority does not mean controlling what happened—or controlling every change that may come.

It means recognizing what your current realities are revealing, understanding what you need, and making a conscious decision about how you will meet the life ahead.

What was will always matter. What is deserves your attention. And what comes next can be met with greater grounding, support, and authority—on your terms, by your definition.

Register now and join Rosalind live on October 6.
