​Putting SkillsFirst into practice requires more than adopting a new set of principles.

​This interactive workshop invites HR professionals to reflect on how skills currently shape their organisation’s HR practices, explore what SkillsFirst means in practice, and examine where existing approaches may need to change. Through peer discussion, practical activities and deeper exploration of HR-related SkillsFirst practices, participants will identify concrete actions they can take within their own roles and organisations. The workshop will also create space to discuss the support HR professionals need from the wider ecosystem to make SkillsFirst work.
