Traditional jobs often fail to provide a culture of meaningful work, treating the relationship between the individual and the organization as purely transactional. As global layoffs increase, individuals are losing the cultural structures they need for connection and contribution. Culture In Service provides a "job-agnostic" organizational culture where work is redefined as a combination of Inner Work (self-care and connection) and Outer Work (purposeful contribution).
