​Q. What counts as a potato?

​A. Our definition is flexible. Traditional potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, ube, etc. are all welcome. Just don’t try to sneak in cauliflower mash - it’s not fooling anyone.

​Q. Can I bring vodka?

​A. Only if you’ve distilled it yourself using potatoes… but in all seriousness, alcohol is welcome as long as you’re also bringing a potato dish. Let’s stay on-theme.
