In this session, we’ll break down:
• what burnout actually is
• how it’s different from stress and anxiety
• why it can last longer than you expect
• what actually helps
We’ll start with a short psychoeducation session led by Eva Papadopoulou, Lead Therapist at Circe, with 25+ years of experience as an integrative counsellor.
Then we’ll move into a guided flow with Paulina, founder of YOURMovement, designed to help your body catch up with your mind 🧘♀️
