​INHERITANCE is a one-day immersion in Family and Systemic Constellations, hosted by Elizabeth Solomon at Sanctuary in Northampton.

This workshop offers a focused, supportive space to explore the visible and hidden dynamics that shape our relationships, choices, patterns, and sense of belonging.

​Family and Systemic Constellations is an experiential approach that helps bring unconscious family, ancestral, and larger systemic influences into view. Through guided constellation processes, participants may begin to understand recurring challenges with greater clarity, whether they relate to family tension, partnership, work, grief, identity, or a feeling of being stuck in patterns that are difficult to name.

​Over the day, Elizabeth will guide the group through a grounded and carefully held experience that invites insight, reflection, and meaningful movement. The format may include teaching, group process, and live constellation work, offering participants the chance to witness how deeper dynamics can be revealed and approached with care.

​This workshop is for those who feel called to look more closely at what they may be carrying, consciously or unconsciously, from family history and broader systems. It can be valuable both for people new to constellation work and for those returning to deepen their understanding through direct experience.
