Ashwam Circle - Bangalore
Your Midlife Health, On Your Terms
Something in your body has started changing.
Energy, sleep, mood, cycles — not always in obvious ways, but enough that you notice.
And often, no one explains it clearly.
This is a small gathering for women who are already paying attention — and want to understand what they are noticing.
ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION
Most health tools compare you to averages.
Averages built from data that often does not reflect women like us — in life stage, context, or lived experience.
Ashwam is being built on a different idea:
That your health should be understood in relation to you.
Your patterns. Your baseline. Your normal.
Before we build further, we are starting with conversations like this.
WHY THIS EXISTS
For many women, this phase of life is not defined by a single problem.
It is defined by small, accumulating shifts.
Sleep that feels lighter.
Energy that is less predictable.
Patterns that are difficult to connect.
Not always serious enough to seek help.
But not insignificant either.
What is missing is not more information.
It is a way to see what is already happening, clearly.
WHAT THIS WILL BE
A small group — 10 to 15 women.
A quiet, private space. A few hours of honest conversation.
Not a workshop. Not a panel. Not a product pitch.
We will talk about:
what you have been noticing
what feels unclear or unresolved
where current tools and systems fall short
We will listen more than we speak.
WHAT YOU MAY TAKE AWAY
A clearer way to describe what you have been experiencing
Patterns you may not have connected before
The recognition that what you are noticing is not just you
And possibly, a different way of thinking about your health — not as isolated symptoms, but as patterns over time.
TRUST AND PRIVACY
This is a private conversation.
No recording. Nothing shared outside the room without your permission
You choose what you want to say, and what you prefer to keep to yourself
WHO THIS IS FOR
Women between 35 and 55
Based in Bangalore
Already paying some attention to their health
Noticing patterns, tracking something, asking questions
Curious to understand — not just manage
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
If you are looking to promote a product or service
If you are not currently engaging with your health in any way
This may not be the right space
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
This is the beginning of a set of conversations across cities.
From these conversations, we are inviting a small, intentionally selected group of women into Ashwam’s Founding Circle — a closed beta in June.
A hundred women. Eight weeks.
Working closely with us to shape what Ashwam becomes before it reaches the rest of the world.
We will share more with those for whom this feels like the right next step.
If not, being part of this conversation is enough.
ABOUT ASHWAM
Ashwam is a personal health platform designed to help women understand their health through their own patterns — not population averages.
It is being built by a team that has previously built systems used at scale, and is now focused on something more personal.
