​We have all been there. The bloating you plan your outfit around. The cramps you smile through. The "I'm fine" you say when you are really not. And almost always, we deal with it quietly.

​Tummy Talks is the night we stop hiding.

​Come sit in a warm room with a cup of bone broth in your hands and share the stories we usually keep to ourselves. This is storytelling, not a lecture. You will hear real tummy stories, and if you feel like it, you will tell yours too. No performance, no perfect gut, nothing to fix.

​The evening is about three things: telling the truth about our bodies, loving them the way they are, and learning how to live with them in harmony.
