In the spirit of this year's TEDxWoodLane theme, Human Creativity, we're bringing together a small group of women around one table at Soho House White City for a networking and discussion lunch, facilitated by Being Aware with its founder Anna Kalbasko and Anna Kovaleva - Executive Coach, Leadership Facilitator, Book Author & Podcast Host.
This isn't a crowded room or a round of business-card swapping. It's a relaxed, guided conversation where you can meet thoughtful women from across industries, share what you're creating, and leave with fresh ideas and connections that last beyond the afternoon.

Anna Kalbasko is a therapist, facilitator, founder of Being Aware and TEDx speaker who works with leaders and teams on the human side of performance: trust, communication and decision-making under pressure. Her work starts from a simple premise. Leadership is a relationship, and the way we relate to ourselves shapes how we lead, decide and connect with others. Anna helps leaders recognise the patterns that tend to take over when the stakes are high and understand the needs behind them. From there, they build steadier self-leadership, clearer communication and teams that rest on stronger foundations.
Anna Kovaleva is an executive coach, leadership facilitator, book author and podcast host. For over 15 years, she has worked at the intersection of leadership, communication and human connection. She facilitates conversations that help people think differently, navigate change and turn ideas into action. She is the author of Build with Influencers and host of the podcast Kovaleva Listens.
