Career Fair Prep: Networking and Stress Strategies

​​Many people find networking challenging. Preparation and practice are key to developing this important skill.
​Join this in-person workshop to gain confidence and reduce stress around networking before the February 4th Tech Career Fair at NU Vancouver.

​At this workshop, students will:

• ​Recognize that networking anxiety is normal

• ​Set achievable goals for attending the career fair

• ​Discover mindfulness tools and strategies for managing networking stress

• ​Practice easy, fun networking scenarios

​This interactive workshop is hosted in partnership with the Wellness Programs department and Career Services.
