Gather with us at Sana, Toronto’s newest wellness space, for an evening of sauna, cold plunging, nourishment, and connection. Reset, recharge, and share meaningful moments with fellow Kindred members in a warm, supportive environment.
Expect cozy conversations, mindful self-care, and the gentle energy of a community coming together. Whether it’s your first sauna or a seasoned wellness routine, everyone is welcome to enjoy the experience fully.
Please note that RSVPing on Luma does not confirm your attendance. You will need to book directly on Sana’s website here. You can follow our booking guide here, since the flow can feel a bit confusing at first. All Kindred members receive a $40 dollar rate, which is paid in person at checkout.
Our evening will flow simply:

• Everyone checked in by 6:30
• A clear way for Kindred members to find one another

About your host
✨ Juli is a passionate photographer, writer, and creative soul who has called Toronto home for over 20 years, drawn to its vibrant energy and artistic spirit. She’s traveled widely — everywhere but the polar regions still on her list — and has left her mark on the city’s arts scene through her work with the CONTACT Photography Festival and by championing emerging artists in her own gallery. When she’s not behind the lens, Juli is trekking mountains, leading a troop of 6-year-old scouts, or hosting a lively dinner for a dozen friends.
✨ Nikki is part of the Kindred team, where she’s devoted to building community and fostering meaningful connections. She currently leads Kindred’s community initiatives and previously served as International GM, helping to launch the European market. She is deeply passionate about bringing people together and creating spaces for authentic connection.
