

Body-Based Breathwork Meditation
Please read the following information carefully.
A somatic breathwork meditation class that meets you exactly where you are. Allow your body to take the lead into the experience it needs while giving your mind a well-deserved break. Cultivate presence, depth, self-trust, inner safety, and agency by slowly increasing your capacity to witness whatever arises. Listen in and reconnect with your most authentic expression.
How to Prepare
Wear warm and comfortable clothes (no tight sportswear) that allow you to fully expand your belly and your chest (bring an extra sweater/pair of socks).
Bring a bottle of water and an eye mask, if you have one.
Last heavy meal should be latest about 1-2 hours before the class.
