LOCS tea social
a spin on sunday afternoon tea! come hang with other lesbians of color at our very first LOCS event! we’ll yap, make friends, and mostly importantly spill and share tea! a perfect opportunity to commune with other BIPOC lesbians. this is a free event, but tea (as well as other drinks and concessions) must be purchased. support your local trans- & black-owned space!
LOCS (lesbians of color) is a new community oriented club by and for lesbians across the marginalized diaspora. we are inclusive of any POC who identifies as a lesbian, including trans and nonbinary lesbians! we seek to foster community between lesbians of color, as POC solidarity is important in our fight against systemic oppression, especially in the queer and trans communities. you can follow us at @locs.nyc to stay updated!
