MONDAY NOMAD RUN #55 with ambitious people will put you in the best mindset to get sh*t done for the rest of the week!
NOTE: No level required — we just want to have a good time, boost endorphins, and kickstart a productive week.
For those who want to run more:
You can do a “pre-run” and join just before the start!
Run extra and re-join us at the end.
About the meeting point, La Fabrica (check their Instagram):
LOCATION: a few meters away from Llacuna METRO STOP (Yellow Line) - GOOGLE MAPS
STORAGE: They will store our belongings.
WATER: La Fabrica provides free water jars to hydrate runners after the run! 💦
PROGRAM:
7:00pm: Meeting at La Fabrica (downstairs)
7:15pm: Simple networking game/icebreaker
7:30pm: Start of the run
Somewhere in the middle, we can have 1-2x little breaks, and sometimes we run 6KM non-stop!
Approx. 8.15pm: Return to La Fabrica for ROOFTOP cool down & hangout
