Ground
Embodied Systems Change
A series for people working toward social justice and systemic change.
What supports me when the work is hard?
This is the opening session of Embodied Systems Change, a series for people doing the work of social and systemic change — practitioners, facilitators, organizers.
We start with Ground: a practice for noticing what supports you when the work is challenging and how to connect with that support.
We'll do an experiential practice and have time to reflect together.
The practices in this series
GROUND → REMEMBER → SEE → ENVISION → CONTRIBUTE → CHANGE
At each session, we explore one practice.
