ARESCA elders want us to get some of the younger Casa folks to put on/participate in cheering the Senegalese team Allez Casa style. The official Allez Casa team are trying to send some folks from Senegal here but that is in the air dependent on visa logistics working out.
Uncle Sicamba would be the person we’d connect with for like light rehearsal and getting a sense of what would be put on but overall, we should have a presence especially with the direct link between Casamance and how Senegals football team is supported culturally via our celebration style. The 1st match is Tuesday June 16th, transportation and logistics would be coordinated.
We need to get a sense of who’d be willing to participate and help out, can we put you down 🙂?
