Beyond the Ketamine Session: Breathwork, Meditation & the Practice of Integration
What happens after the ketamine session?
Ketamine-assisted therapy can create an opening—an insight, a shift in perspective, an emotional experience, or a different way of seeing something you've been carrying.
Then the session ends.
How do you work with what came up once you're back in everyday life?
Join Coley Woodward, LMHC, founder of Psyberspace Center for Psychedelic Therapy, and Joe Mirarchi, founder of The Clear Path, for a conversation and experiential workshop exploring what integration can look like between and after ketamine-assisted therapy sessions.
What we'll explore
Coley will share his experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and his work developing GRIP™ (Group Recovery Integration Pathway), a group-based approach using ketamine-assisted therapy, music, and guided nonverbal processing to make care more accessible without requiring participants to disclose or retell their trauma.
Joe will explore how breathwork, meditation, and embodied practices can extend that group model into integration—giving people practices they can return to between and after sessions.
Together, we'll explore:
How group ketamine-assisted therapy is expanding access to care
What group-based integration could look like beyond the one-to-one model
Why insight doesn't always translate into lasting change
How breathwork and meditation can support integration between and after sessions
Experience the practice
We'll move from conversation into practice with guided breathwork and meditation, giving you an opportunity to experience some of the tools we're discussing rather than only talking about them.
You'll leave with simple practices you can return to on your own.
Who is this for?
This gathering is open to people who have experienced or are exploring ketamine-assisted therapy, as well as therapists, coaches, and practitioners interested in breathwork, somatic practice, and integration.
No previous breathwork or meditation experience is required.
