The Hours: A Dreamscape Soundbath
As the days grow shorter and the colder months approach us, The Hours: A Dreamscape Soundbath invites you to slow down, drop in and reconnect with the restorative power of rest.
This immersive three-part experience brings together the unique instruments and sonic practices of singer-songwriter Cautious Clay and sound facilitator Desire Thompson to create a soothing, intentional space for inner exploration.
Inspired by the dream state and Clay’s recent The Hours trilogy, this experience encourages you to release from the pace of the outside world, soften into stillness, and follow the sounds wherever they take you.
Come as you are and settle into a space where you can rest, wander, and dream.
Your Dreamscape Includes:
The Threshold: Honest reflections on your inner world and making space for the journey ahead with supportive journaling.
The Descent: Ground into the present moment through gentle, intentional breathing.
The Dreamscape: A layered soundscape of instruments and melodies designed to invite deep rest, reflection, and dreamlike exploration.
What to bring:
Journal and pen/pencil
A mat for additional comfort (there will be blankets and cushions available)
