About Event

Warm leads are supposed to be the easy part. You already have the relationship — or at least the connection. And yet.

Maybe you're not sure how to approach your network without it feeling transactional. Maybe you've had conversations that felt promising and then just...stalled. Whatever the specific flavor, the result is the same: people who could become clients don't.

I've been there. And what I've found is that the stall can happen anywhere — in how you're showing up before a conversation, on calls, or in what happens after you send a proposal. Most of the time it's not the relationship that's the problem. It's the process around it.

In this session, I'll share how I think about the full arc from warm connection to signed contract — including how to activate your network without feeling like a perfume salesperson frantically trying to spritz people, what I actually do on intro calls to move things forward, and how I handle follow-up when a promising lead goes quiet.

We'll leave plenty of time for your questions too.

Don't worry, this isn't an hour-long sales pitch in disguise — just me sharing all the things I wish I'd known sooner instead of figuring them out the hard way.
