"I have a gut feeling."
How many times have you said "I have a gut feeling?"
It's something we say about decisions for ourselves, for others, and for the world at large. It's a sense of what feels right or wrong. And whether we are wrong or right about a decision the narrative is usually, "I knew it."
Not only do we think about a gut feeling in our personal and professional lives, we also see it in the media. It's especially common in crime documentaries. We hear detectives talk about their hunch a lot and even the FBI has programs for extra-sensory perception.
This feeling comes from someplace within, our intuition.
If you've found yourself saying "I have a gut feeling," you are tapping into an intrinsic part of being human.
In this immersive online session we will learn, discuss, practice, and explore:
Intuitive visceral responses
Deciphering gut feelings
Intuition as a skill to hone
