Have you been wanting support to work through unhelpful patterns, but therapy feels too clinical, and self help content only gets you as far as awareness... but now what?
Awareness is powerful, but on its own, it rarely creates change. I always felt there was a gap between recognising something I wanted to change about myself, and knowing how to actually shift it.
Until, I was introduced to the self-leadership framework.
Join us for a guided Self-leadership Workshop - an intimate evening designed to help you understand why you think and act the way you do, and begin choosing differently.
This is an invitation to move beyond awareness, and into action.
Who is this for?
Creators, founders, and risk-takers who care about growth, and are ready to take ownership of it.
Whether you're navigating people-pleasing tendencies, self-doubt, or other recurring patterns in your work or relationships, this space is for those willing to look inward and lead themselves with more intention.
What to expect
18:30 ~ Arrive, settle in, and meet a small group of like-minded creators.
18:50 ~ A short guided meditation to help you land and arrive fully.
19:00 ~ Introduction to the self-leadership framework, and exploration of your personal patterns (you won't ever be asked to share anything you're not ready to).
19:45 ~ First guided reflection and journaling exercise, using prompts inspired by executive coaching.
20:20 ~ Group integration + second guided journaling exercise.
21:00 ~ Close, with practical tools and reflections to take into your week.
This is not a lecture. It’s a guided, reflective experience.
Together, we’ll unpack your patterns, explore the beliefs shaping your behaviour, and begin building awareness around how you can respond differently moving forward.

About Your Facilitator, Lara
Hi, I'm Lara! I'm the founder of The Creator Club, a community of founders, creators, and risk-takers building more meaningful work and lives in Lisbon, and beyond.
I'm fascinated by the varied nature of the human mind & potential, and our ability to change ourselves. Since being introduced to self-leadership content in 2021, I've co-facilitated & co-authored content for students in Australia. This workshop will be my first live facilitation in Portugal!
