Nevada The Entrepreneurial: Where Innovation Meets Opportunity
A Celebration of Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Collaboration
Innovation begins with an idea. Entrepreneurship transforms an idea into an opportunity. And when an entire ecosystem comes together, the possibilities are limitless.
Join the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development’s Office of Entrepreneurship, the Electrify Nevada program powered by gener8tor, and our ecosystem partners for Nevada the Entrepreneurial: Where Innovation Meets Opportunity, an evening celebrating the entrepreneurs, innovators, and organizations shaping the future of the Silver State.
As Nevada proudly serves as a Founding State of the national America the Entrepreneurial initiative during our nation’s 250th anniversary, this special gathering will bring together elected officials, legislators, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and entrepreneur support organizations to recognize the power of collaboration in building a thriving entrepreneurial economy.
The evening will feature the Electrify Nevada Accelerator powered by gener8tor graduating cohort, showcasing emerging companies and the innovative ideas driving Nevada’s next generation of economic growth.
Attendees will also hear from leaders across Nevada’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, including representatives from UNLV's Office of Economic Development, Zero Labs, Desert Forge Ventures, and other partners working to expand access to resources, capital, mentorship, and opportunities for entrepreneurs.
The program will feature Rich Sloan, CEO and Co-Founder of WAVR Technologies, sharing his entrepreneurial journey and the importance of an ecosystem helping innovators turn ideas into impact.
More than a celebration, this event is an opportunity to strengthen connections, elevate Nevada’s entrepreneurial talent, and demonstrate what is possible when government, industry, higher education, investors, and entrepreneur support organizations work together.
Because entrepreneurship doesn’t happen in isolation. It thrives when an entire state comes together.
