​Outdoor Pilates with Söl Tuesdays at 5pm — Kailua / Lanikai Area

​This is your weekly standing date with yourself 🤍

​50 minutes of mat pilates outside — real movement, fresh air, and a supportive community. We will eventually rotate locations around the Kailua and Lanikai area so you're always moving somewhere beautiful but let's kick it off in Lanikai :)

​All levels welcome. Whether this is your first pilates class or you teach it yourself, there's always a spot on the grass for you.

​What to bring: your mat, water, and a towel.
