Emotional Awareness for Men
As men, most of us are socialised to contain our emotions. Boys don't cry, they have to be strong.
In this workshop specifically designed for men, we want to break that habit and actively work on our emotional awareness.
We'll go through several exercises to:
1. Expand our emotional vocabulary.
2. Find our patterns: are we used to expressing certain emotions, while suppressing others?
3. Discuss where our patterns might come from (e.g. our family or upbringing).
Your active participation will be required in the workshop, but there's absolutely no pressure to share anything you don't want to share.
