Holiday Dinner

​It’s festive season. Join us for a holiday dinner and party at Wild Horses to eat good food, drink lots of beer & bubbles and celebrate the year with cool people.

​Our private chef Joren Schoepen has prepared a special festive menu for the evening:

• ​Goucheres cheese puffs with Vesterhavsost

• ​Shrimp Croquettes, Crisp golden shrimp croquettes served with romesco and finely shaved cauliflower

• ​Hamachi Crudo, Delicate slices of raw hamachi with fragrant yuzu, Jerusalem artichoke and seasonal quince

• ​Roasted Chicken, Tender roasted chicken with sour cherries, earthy beetroot and a rich Christmas jus

• ​Roasted Pumpkin Sweet roasted pumpkin with chestnuts, winter kale and pickled mushrooms

• ​Baked Alaska, A festive finale of rich chocolate brownie, strawberry and fluffy lemon meringue

​Drinks include: kegs, bubbles, and nonalcoholic beer and sodas.
