A playful workshop on desire, confidence and asking for what you want 🍒
When was the last time you asked yourself what you actually wanted, without immediately making it smaller, more sensible or easier for someone else?
Véa is bringing together an intimate group of women at Rebel Wines for an evening with Amsterdomme, exploring what it means to recognise your desires, take them seriously and feel more comfortable expressing them.
Because asking for what you want can feel vulnerable. Whether it’s in your work, relationships, everyday life or the bedroom, many of us have learned to soften our needs, wait to be asked or hope that someone else will somehow figure them out.
Through conversation, reflection and playful exercises, we’ll explore confidence as something we can practise. You’ll be invited to think about what you want, how you communicate it and what changes when you take more ownership of your desires and sexuality.
At its core, confidence is rooted in self-worth. It comes from appreciating your own value, accepting who you are, trusting yourself and making room for both your strengths and imperfections. It’s believing you are deserving of love, success, pleasure and a life that genuinely feels like yours.
You’ll never be expected to share anything you would rather keep to yourself.
We’ll be serving natural wines from Rebel Wines, with plenty of time to connect afterwards.

Véa is an emotional wellness app and community for women. It helps women notice patterns in how they think and feel, make sense of what is happening inside them and understand what they might need next.
Through intimate events and honest conversations, we also create space to explore the parts of being a woman that are often felt privately but rarely spoken about openly.
