​Rosemin Opgenhaffen spent 25 years building other people's brands. Beauty editorial, television, luxury consulting, and RR&Co, the agency she founded here. Last year she launched Rosemin Beauty, her own line, built for the warm, olive and deep skin tones the industry has spent decades getting wrong. She has called it her first real founder moment. She was 45 and in her third trimester when it launched.

​We wanted her in this room because she could have stayed on the safe side of a very good career and started from zero instead.
