​In teams of 3, you’ll spend 5 hours building AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tools around real delivery challenges like:

• ​Onboarding readiness and customer context gaps

• ​Manual status reporting and lack of visibility

• ​Lost ownership, decisions, and execution tracking

​You can also bring your own operational problem to solve.
