Purpose
The workshop will focus on developing a decision-making process for complex, unclear goals (e.g., "Increase membership") when there are many potential solutions. Based on Teresa Torres' continuous discovery method from agile development, this approach helps teams prioritize impactful solutions instead of pursuing multiple directions. Marianne will share how she has successfully applied this method with her team and provide resources for further learning.
