About the Facilitator
Ashna is a holistic lifestyle advocate devoted to helping others live cleaner, calmer, and more grounded lives. She is the founder of Becoming with Ashna, a platform dedicated to supporting women in aligning with their bodies, minds, and the world around them, and Naturally Grounded, where she creates non-toxic, consciously made essentials.
Her journey into wellness began at 17 after receiving a diagnosis with no clear “cure,” leading her to explore holistic healing and deepen her connection with her body.
Today, Ashna believes that the body is our most valuable asset and that true transformation begins when we learn to listen to it. Embodiment has been a powerful tool in her own life, and she is passionate about guiding others back to their own inner wisdom.
