Training from the BACK of the Room

​Training from the BACK of the Room! (TBR) is a globally-acclaimed, brain-based facilitation and instructional design framework created by educator and author Sharon L. Bowman. It shifts the focus from traditional, trainer-led lectures ("the sage on the stage") to active, learner-led instruction ("the guide on the side"). By applying cognitive neuroscience, the model ensures that participants remain engaged, retain what they learn, and can immediately apply the content.
