Madonna Restaurant
This restaurant is a wonderful piece of Italy in the heart of Kallio, Here you can enjoy delicious pasta, authentic Roman-style thin crust pizza and, of course, homemade ice cream. Madonna also serves a variety of cocktails in its golden bar.
Madonna's historic setting alone is definitely worth experiencing! Restored on the stone foundation of an old separator factory built in the early 1900s, the magnificent Madonna exudes history with its huge arched windows and thick brick walls.
The restaurant's interior follows the popular principle of "more is more". To counterbalance the Scandinavian simplicity, Madonna is bursting with gold, velvet, and abundant shapes. Or how about a bar that mimics the shape of lips, a marble fountain, and a hand-painted ceiling fresco? Mamma mia!
