Lymphatic Drainage on Red Light Mats

Lymphatic Drainage + Red Light Reset with Smoodi

Lymphatic drainage, red light, Smoodi, goodie bags and brunch after for anyone who wants to stay.

We’re getting a small group of women together for a lymphatic drainage session while relaxing on red light mats, followed by a proper Smoodi tasting.

You’ll get to try Smoodi, ask me anything about the formula, ingredients and why I built it, meet some lovely women and leave with a goodie bag to take home.

And because apparently I cannot organise anything without making it social, we’ll head for brunch afterwards too (brunch is optional and not included in price).

Your ticket includes:
• Group lymphatic drainage session
• Red light mat experience
• Smoodi tasting
• Wellness goodie bag
• New besties

Brunch afterwards is optional and paid separately.

Just a genuinely lovely way to spend a potentially cold Saturday afternoon, do something good for yourself, try Smoodi properly and meet other women without it feeling like awkward networking.

Come alone, bring a friend, whatever. We’ll make it nice.

Tickets are NON refundable.
