At the September equinox, day and night fall even — a natural moment to find your bearings, look back at the year so far, and choose, with intention, how to meet what remains. This isn't goal-setting by force. It's a gentle, honest reckoning: we notice what we set out to do, where we've drifted or got stuck, and what our hearts actually want now — and then re-commit, kindly, to the rest of the year.
Four times a year, our ancestors paused and celebrated the unfolding of life. So can you. The old mysteries knew this rhythm: the seed goes down into the dark before it returns as growth. And at every equinox the hemispheres mirror each other — as the north gathers its harvest, the south is planting anew — so this circle holds the whole wheel. You bring your own season; together we hold the turning.
In our four hours together (with a break), through guided journaling and simple creative practice, you'll:
— see clearly, and kindly, where you actually are — what you wanted, and where the year has taken you
— find the places you've been getting in your own way, and loosen them
— turn "I should" into "I choose" — re-commit from the heart, not the whip
— leave with a clear, kind sense of direction for the rest of your year, on paper

What to bring: a paper journal, something to write and draw with, and an openness to discovery.

Visioning the Year runs four times a year — one edition at each solstice and equinox. Come to one, or follow the whole year — a new edition at each turning. (An annual pass for all four is coming; for now, each edition is booked on its own.)
