About our Hosts:
Tammy Chan is a finance and operations leader with over 18 years of experience building the financial systems, processes, and infrastructure that help mission-driven organizations scale sustainably.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning financial systems analysis and solutions architecture, she has led complex enterprise implementations across corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits, bringing together cross-functional stakeholders to streamline operations and strengthen financial decision-making.

Michelle Florendo is a decision engineer, facilitator, and coach who helps leaders and high-achieving professionals make clearer, more confident decisions in moments of uncertainty and change.
Drawing on decision science, design thinking, and systems thinking, she has taught and coached thousands of professionals through work with Stanford, UC Berkeley, the altMBA, and global organizations across tech, healthcare, and financial services.
