About Event

The Summer Solstice is a potent turning point. There's nothing quite like breathwork in nature, connected to the earth, to attune to this cosmic threshold. We'll be working with the sun and the element of fire as symbols of celebration and transformation.

Breathwork allows access to a kind of inner fire. The breath activates, moves energy, and gently illuminates what's been quietly waiting beneath the surface. Like solstice bonfires of old, this practice invites you to release what feels heavy or stagnant, and come home to what is most alive in you.

CCB (Conscious Connected Breathwork) is a gentle yet deep practice that uses rhythmic, connected breathing to guide you into expanded states of awareness. It's a beautiful space for emotional release, fresh insight, and real transformation- a way to soften old patterns, free stuck energy, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom, all within a safe, supported, and loving container.

What to bring

Please bring your yoga mat, water, and an extra layer or blanket- it tends to be cooler in the park and we'll be settling in on the ground. Socks are highly encouraged! I'll provide eye masks, helpful for staying present with your inner world and as many blankets as I can carry (a few).

Safety

Your wellbeing is my top priority. I'm a trauma-informed facilitator, and everything about this experience is designed with your safety and comfort in mind. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, I'm always happy to chat. : )

If any of the following apply to you, I kindly ask that you message me before the event so we can make sure this practice is the right fit:

  • Unregulated high blood pressure
