Mens Path Support | Fortnightly Meet-Up | Liverpool Uni Students & Staff
This group is a relaxed but structured space to talk about what’s actually going on in life. It isn’t therapy, and we’re not licensed therapists. But it’s also not just a casual hang-out.
It’s designed for the middle ground. A space to share what’s been on your mind, whether that’s relationships, social anxiety, settling into a new city, uni challenges, navigating neurodivergence, or just general life stuff.
Doors open at 17:50. Guided format starts at 18:00. Our facilitator Gareth guides us through 5 or 6 conversational prompts. Share a story, what’s on your mind, or just listen to others. (Everything shared in the room stays in the room.)
No full catering, but tea & coffees are provided.
After the talking prompts, we return to relaxed conversation before doors close at 19:00.
