Friday Ruck: Blue Bridge to David and Back
Start your Friday with an early-morning ruck in Port Coquitlam.
We’ll meet at the Blue Bridge at 5:30 a.m. and walk to David via the Poco Trail, then loop back to the Blue Bridge. Bring a weighted rucksack—or simply join us for the walk—and be ready for some good conversation, likely including a little IT security along the way.
Rain or shine. Light or dark. We’ll be there.

Route: Blue Bridge → David → Blue Bridge
Come prepared. Dress for the weather, bring water and any visibility or safety gear appropriate for the conditions.
