​Paolo Woods-Wyatt is a DTC veteran who has been part of the leadership teams of two DTC businesses that scaled to $100M+ in revenue and exited. He spent 7 years at graze, launching the company in the US before becoming the Chief Digital Officer. He saw the business exit to the PE fund Carlyle and then exit to Unilever. He then joined Tails.com as their Chief Commercial Officer and later the CEO, overseeing rapid growth and the exit to Nestle. He's now a Board Advisor, investor and consultant to various consumer start-ups, including Flo and Mission.
