​Jorge Galindo spent more than a decade building a company with friends, from a small office above a churrería to a team of around 150 people. In this talk he shares what he learned about teams, trust and leadership, and what he calls the Kind Framework: don't try to be the smartest person in the room, try to be the kindest. It's not about winning or selling, and there's no formula for success. It's an honest story about why he still loves building things.
