Unchrtd & friends: Beginners' Boxing 🥊

Never thrown a punch? Perfect. Boxed before? You're welcome too.

Join us at Bronx for a beginner-friendly boxing session led by a professional coach. No experience needed, just come as you are.

What to bring: comfy workout clothes, trainers and a water bottle. Changing rooms and lockers are available.

Heads up: we'll be filming and taking photos on the day for our socials. If you'd prefer not to appear in any shots, just let us know when you arrive.

Love it? Brilliant. Hate it? At least you'll never say "I've never tried that" again.
