Kickstart Fall!

​We head into fall with a summer's worth of ideas and to-dos piled up in our brains. The pressure feels like it's on to get "everything" done by the end of the year. Meanwhile, many of us are helping kids transition into their school years. It's a lot.

This is an invitation to put the pressure down for a while. Savor an hour to connect with your highest self and get clear on your priorities for the season ahead.

...And by the way, once you put the pressure down...no need to pick it back up. Ever. It doesn't help. What actually helps is clarity, and the peace it creates in your nervous system.
